THE LIVING SYSTEMS PROJECT
The Living Systems Project is an evolving body of contemporary visual art by Lisi Pratini, a Northern NSW artist exploring structures and patterns that connect life — from trees, roots and mycelial networks to water and seeds.
Through nature, symbolism and archetypes, these living systems become metaphors for consciousness, memory, transformation and interconnectedness.

“I explore how natural systems and archetypal forms mirror the structures of inner experience.”

About the Artist
I am a Brazilian-born Australian visual artist based in Northern New South Wales. My practice explores the intersection of intuition, symbolism, psychology, and nature.
Working primarily with mixed media, I create contemporary symbolic landscapes in which trees, roots, organic networks, and archetypal forms become metaphors for consciousness, transformation, memory, and the interconnectedness of life.
An Invitation
Art invites us to slow down, observe, and discover connections between the natural world and our inner experience.
